This old house was rebuild adding character and making it a new modern concept home. Additions were made to the house to complete the project plan.
- New Colorbond awning.
- New raised tiled floor which opens directly from the house and entrance through bi-fold doors creating an outdoor room and increasing the overall living space.
- Open plan outdoor living room opens into the remaining of the house.
- Modern open plan living space created from multiple rooms.
- Opened up Living room area which opens up onto the outdoor room.
- New modern kitchen with Caesar-stone benches, stainless steel appliances and glass splashbacks.
