Project Commitment
The building was destroyed by fire and rebuilt. The fifth floor was removed. The building was turned into a four storey apartment block. New roof was installed and the building renovated internally and externally.
- This was originally a five storey apartment block with a laundry on top.
- All floors were fire gutted internally.
- We removed the fifth floor including the parapet walls after it was fire gutted.
- The building was turned into a four storey apartment block; and then renovated internally and externally.
- This building was adjacent a school, all works were undertaken while school was in progress.
