Project Commitment
This property needed a Garage Roof Replacement. Ring Group attended the house on February 2021.
- Removal of Asbestos to external wall.
- Supply and install scaffolding.
- Excavate three footings in slab and install new concrete footings with steel beams and steal posts.
- Supply and install all timber beams, floor joists, wall framing, roofing members as per plan.
- Supply and install wall cladding.
- Supply and install fascia 71lm.
- Supply and install roof batons, insulation, roof sheeting, flashings, and capping’s. 150m2
- Supply and install external framing, eave linings and trims
- Supply and install windows and glazing
- Supply and install Plasterboard, set and sand ready for paint. 290m2
- Supply and install internal carpentry fix out, skirtings and trims.
- Paint all eaves, trims, Plasterboard, shirtings, and architraves. Paint external brick wall where asbestos was removed.
