Project Commitment
Removal of an existing old asbestos cement residence and construction of a new residence. The only access to the property was by water, we therefore had to consider the logistics of transporting excavators, dump trucks, concrete pumps and trucks; approximately 1.6km across the Brooklyn River.

- Open plan kitchen overlooking living area and out to deck and water views.
- Outdoor entertainment area adjacent to open plan living area opening onto the front deck.
