| Alan formed his first construction company in 1971 and has continued to form other successful development companies up to this day. He has been associated with both the residential and commercial building industries. Alan has been involved in housing, renovations and roofing as well as overseeing projects involving civil, hydraulic, structural and medical facilities worth more than $100 million. Continued success has been achieved by guaranteeing quality in workmanship and materials, excellence in after sales service and always maintaining a keen interest in company direction and policy. Lyn is the manager for Ring Group Pty Ltd, she is in charge of the administration, accounts, and job scheduling. Lyn has 39 years experience in accounts and administration, her initial training was gained by working for the Commonwealth bank and later for the Health Department. For the last 8 years Lyn has been employed as an accounts and administration manager in the Building Industry specialising in Insurance rectification works. Lyn has an easy going personality and maintains the highest level of communication with all who contact her. She is the first point of contact for Clients, Contractors, Loss Adjustors and Insurance Companies. Lyn is determined to provide the highest quality of service to all parties involved. |

| Brad has been working in the construction industry since 1994. He has a broad knowledge in the general building industry and specialises in plumbing, drainage and waterproofing works. He has been involved in a range of building projects such as house and bathroom renovations, developments including knock down and rebuilds, insurance repair works, excavations and additions. Brad is able to read and interpret plans or specifications, organise and coordinate the materials and tradespeople required for the work site, evaluate and execute the best possible way for the job to be tackled, utilise problem solving skills for any issues during construction; and ensure the job is completed on time and within budget. Brad’s attention to detail and determined approach ensures that any work he undertakes is completed to a high standard and in compliance with the strict guidelines of the building code and Occupational Health and Safety laws. His experience in the industry and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships will ensure the success of any project. Brad is a neat and tidy tradesperson who takes pride in his workmanship and appearance. He is at ease in high stress and fast paced environments requiring the ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities, priorities and in meeting deadlines. | |

| Grant has been working in the building industry since 1996, his skills were gained undertaking renovations and additions in the Sydney metropolitan area over a 10 year period. Grant has been employed by Ring Group Pty for 2 years supervising and site managing building works ranging from small insurance claims through to residential rebuilds from the NSW central coast to Nowra on the NSW south coast. All works undertaken by Grant have been completed to a high standard with an appreciation of what is required by the Australian Standards, BCA and Occupational Health and Safety laws. His experience in the industry and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships will ensure the success of any project under his control. Grant is determined to further his building knowledge and is constantly up grading his knowledge through industry training with the MBA and HIA. Grant has the people skills required to under take internal building while the home is still being occupied by the owners. | Peter completed roof restoration after 1997 Hail Storm in Armidale. Over 200 iron & tiled roofs replaced. In Singleton, replaced 120 roofs plus the restoration of St Patrick's Church which included 1200 square metres of slate roofing, stripping back & finishing of the old internal pews. In 2000 Sydney Hail Storm, Peter completed in excess of $5,000,000.00 worth of restoration work on such buildings as the Old Darlinghurst Police Station, The Police Academy in Surry Hills, The Australian Led Refinery and the removal of asbestos sheeting and replace with colourbond on a block of Strata Factories in Marrickville that covered over 15,500 square metres. Peter has co-ordinated the installation of the entire joinery on three floors in the new section of The Prince of Wales Hospital at Randwick. He has also completed a factory complex to the value of $1,200,000.00 in 2006 in Wauchope, NSW. In addition to this, he has built new homes and unit complexes and renovated many houses. | |

| Stephen has been building in the central Queensland region for some 25 years. He is a second generation builder, learning his trade from his father. Stephen has experience in managing building projects from design through to practical completion / Handover. He has the ability to complete internal renovations including bathroom / kitchen to a budget and on time while the home is still being occupied by the owners. | Tom has been working in the building industry for the past 28 years. From 1984 to 1998 he owned a roof tiling company called Westlakes Roofing and performed a vast majority of insurance work created from the 1989 Newcastle earthquake. In 1998 he had taken over his father's painting business with family member John Gardiner, and for the past 5 years runs a successful painting business called All About Paint which offers a range of services in both domestic and commercial industries from Newcastle to the Sydney metropolitan areas. Tom has now joined Ring Group Pty Ltd, he lives in Newcastle and manages our Newcastle - Central Coast branch. Tom's knowledge of the building industry along with his communication and organisational skills, give him the ability to manage and complete the highest quality of tasks in all aspects of the building industry. | |
