- McGrath House, Newcastle NSW
- Repairs and renovation to the old Westpac building in Newcastle, known as McGrath’s house.
- The hospital at the rear collapsed during the Newcastle earthquake pushing the McGrath’s building 200mm out of Plumb.
- We cut and propped back the building to a plumb state; the ornate corbel courses were recast and rendered and the internal of the building was repaired and then we totally refurbished it.
