- Rebuild a commercial fisheries building and enure it was in safe and working order after the Newcastle earthquake of December 1998.
- Our challenge was immense as the building was rendered inoperable.
- All freezer units were rebuilt and recommissioned, roofs and cracked brickwork were replaced and the building was refurbished

- McGrath House, Newcastle NSW
- Repairs and renovation to the old Westpac building in Newcastle, known as McGrath’s house.
- The damaged building was out of plumb, the front columns and all ornate corbels were cracked and needed replacing.
- We cut and propped back the building to a plumb state; the ornate corbel courses were recast and rendered and the internal of the building was repaired and then we totally refurbished it

- Sisters of St Joseph of Lochinvar Convent, Newcastle NSW
- Rebuilding of the convent was a detailed process as the original building was originally built in 1887.
- All of the ornate arched walls were cracked and all walls were either demolished and rebuilt or had remedial repairs.
- We also replaced the roof, completed internal repairs and decorated.
